FAQ

Do you take comissions?
Short answer is no I don't take comissions. Ceramics take a long time to make and there are many points in the process where things can go wrong which makes comissions a complicated and stressful because the timeframe and pricing can change a lot during the process.
That being said, if there is a specific design you'd like to buy please let me know, I'm still figuring out what types of things people are most interested in!


What are your ceramics made of, will the paintings wear off?
The decorative illustrations you see on my ceramics are not done with regular pencils and paints! They are specialty ceramic materials that are applied under the clear glaze and fired to 1230 Celsius on  high fire clay, the same as any other ceramics! They are microwave and dishwasher safe (unless otherwise stated in the description) and no part of the pieces should fade or wear off with time (or at least not for a very very very long time).

 

Shipping

Where will my items be shipped from?
I'm based in Sydney, Australia, so everything will be shipped from Sydney!

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! There are certain items occasionally I won't be able to ship internationally because of potential breakages or they're too large/heavy, but details for these items should be in the description.

The shipping price went up when I added stickers to my ceramic order :(
Unfortunately I can't do anything about that, but don't worry, if I notice an order with ceramics and stickers (or prints) I refund the extra shipping when I ship it out. Your other option is to buy the stickers seperately and use the untracked shipping option and I'll refund that when I ship it. Please make sure to add a note letting me know you'd like them combined if that's the case though!


What payment options are there at checkout?
Both PayPal and Stripe are available (Stripe just means inputting your card details). PayPal takes a little bit more on my end than Stripe so I'd appreciate if people avoid Paypal but I've kept both options available so choose whichever you'd like :)

Breakages in transit
If you receive your package and the items inside have been damaged, please take photos of the items inside the box as well as the state of the packaging. Please send those to [email protected] so that I can lodge it with AusPost and supply you with a full refund. This is super super rare as I package everything very carefully, but accidents happen.
 
Refund Policy
I don't take change of mind refunds or exchanges, all purchases are final so please take your time to consider your purchase before making it. Refunds will be considered if the item is faulty in ways not outlined in the description, so if you feel that applies, please reach out to me on instagram or through the contact form on this website.
