Do you take comissions?
Short answer is no I don't take comissions. Ceramics take a long time to make and there are many points in the process where things can go wrong which makes comissions a complicated and stressful because the timeframe and pricing can change a lot during the process.
That being said, if there is a specific design you'd like to buy let me know, I'm still figuring out what types of things people are most interested in!
What materials do you use?
The pencil like texture you see on some pieces is not a normal pencil or crayon but a speciality ceramic pencil called an underglaze pencil, they can be pretty finicky to use so look up some resources on them before buying one!
Pieces that look painted are underglazed with a clear glaze over the top and all my new pieces are fired to cone 6 to be foodsafe, microwave and dishwasher safe (unless marked otherwise).
When's your next shop update?
I'm not sure yet! Best bet is to take a look at my upcoming markets, usually I'll do a shop update a few weeks after a market if there's a big gap between them.
